OPERATING BOARD

The Operating Board of our school is composed of Parents, Old Boys and Executive leadership. The Board plays a vital role in ensuring strong governance and strategic direction. Tasked with oversight responsibilities, the Board focuses on upholding sound fiduciary practices, legal compliance and long-term sustainability. The roles and responsibilities of each member is outlined based on the need to deliver on the mandate, centred on finance, risk, marketing, legal and sustainability.

The Board’s commitment helps guide the school’s continued growth and excellence, ensuring we remain true to our mission, values, and vision.
